SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All graphic art products are printed on demand and could take up to 10-14 business days prior to shipment during our busy times. Depending on the volume of orders, items generally take up to 4-7 business days to ship. Please contact us if you need your item by a specific date to make sure we can accommodate your request. Your item may ship in several different shipments if you have a variety of items including pre-order items, custom made items and in-stock items. Most in stock items ship within 48 business hours.
Occasionally, we will confirm your delivery time, then learn we are unable to fulfill the order due to low product availability. In these rare cases, we will notify by email of the new ship and delivery times. Items ship as they become available. Once the item leaves our warehouse, the shipping method you choose on the Checkout page determines when shipped items will deliver to your shipping address.
Pre-Orders: Pre-Ordering allows you to reserve your item because it's NEW or it's a re-stocked item that sells out quickly. Ship time varies for each item.

EASY RETURNS
Please note our policy: Items may be returned for exchange or IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please do not return any SALE or "FINAL SALE" items, as it is unable to be returned or exchanged and you will not be given a store credit. Cell phone cases are considered custom orders and therefore can not be exchanged. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN CELL PHONE CASES. By placing your order you AGREE to these terms and conditions.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with a store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.
We are NOT responsible for lost packages.
Since we print graphic apparel on demand, exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items received after 14 days will not be accepted. Please review our size charts before ordering and contact us with any questions.
We will notify you when we have processed and received your exchange. If you are granted a refund for any reason, please allow up to 21 business days for your return to be processed. Items returned must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, tickets, hang tags, etc..including the original invoice. WildVogue will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.
Please be sure to include your Order ID and name on the outside of your return package. The Order ID can be found on the invoice. If exchanging your graphic tee for a different design or size, please mark your exchange request on your packing slip. This ensures a smooth exchange process. EXCHANGES CAN TAKE UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS as we have to inspect, re-stock and reproduce most items. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit; The Graphic Gringa cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit or damaged due to improper handling.
